Rochester, N.Y.-based Erdman Anthony named Levi E. Sowers a design engineer with the transportation group in its Harrisburg-area office in Upper Allen Township. He has a BS in civil engineering from Penn State University. Deborah Byers and Daniel Klick have been named associates. Byers is a construction inspection supervisor with the construction services group. She has been with the firm for 14 years. Klick is a construction engineer and has been with the firm for more than 10 years. He is a professional engineer with a BA in engineering from Elizabethtown College and a BS in structural design and construction engineering technology from Penn State University.

Swatara Township-based Hospital & Healthsystem Association of Pennsylvania named Dr. Michael J. Consuelos senior vice president of clinical integration. He will promote ways to reduce hospital-acquired infections, improve health care performance in clinical operations and develop team-based approaches. Lower Allen Township-based Members 1st Federal Credit Union named Lisa Painter vice president of collections. She has 29 years of banking experience, primarily in collections. She was a vice president and commercial loan workout officer with Susquehanna Bank. Melany Radel was named vice president of relationship management for the York market. She has been with the credit union for five years.

Halifax-based Riverview Financial Corp. named Melanie Long a regional manager and loan officer. She has 27 years of banking experience and was a branch manager and loan officer with Halifax Bank. She will be based in the Millersburg office and oversee seven Halifax and Marysville bank branches in Cumberland, Dauphin, Perry and Schuylkill counties.

Mount Joy-based Union Community Bank named Jamie Muir and Matthew Smith vice presidents and commercial loan officers. Muir will be based in the Manheim Township office. He was chief financial officer and chief operating officer of Pike County Environmental Inc. He has 12 years of experience and a BS in business administration from Elizabethtown College. Mercer County-based First National Bank of Pennsylvania named Joseph M. Entenman a senior vice president and team leader with the Harrisburg commercial banking team. Prior to joining the bank in 2010, he was employed with Waypoint and M&T banks. He has more than 20 years of experience and a bachelor's degree from Villanova University. Eric D. Mummau was named vice president of business banking for the greater Harrisburg region. He was a vice president and commercial loan officer with Mid Penn Bank. Fulton Financial Corp. named Lisa Crutchfield to its board. She is senior vice president of advocacy and public affairs with the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce and works with the CEO Council for Growth. Previously, she was executive vice president and chief regulatory and compliance officer with National Grid USA, senior vice president of regulatory and external affairs with Peco Energy Co. and vice chairwoman of the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission. She has a BA in economics and political science from Yale University and an MA in business administration and finance from Harvard University.

South Lebanon Township-based Lebanon Valley Economic Development Corp. elected George Soukas of Regupol America chairman, Paul Lundberg of Reilly Wolfson Sheffey Schrum and Lundberg vice chairman and Jonathan Beers of the City of Lebanon Authority secretary and treasurer. Barry Ansel of Fulton Bank, Larry Bowman of G.F. Bowman Inc. and George Custer of the Lebanon County Career & Technology Center were elected to the board.

EDUCATION

Linden Hall of Lititz named Dina Henry director of athletics. She has 19 years of experience in collegiate athletics and administration, most recently as head women's basketball coach, physical education instructor and senior woman administrator with Dickinson College's athletics department. Previously, she was head basketball coach with the <org>State University of New York at Fredonia and Christian Brothers University, as well as an assistant with Gettysburg College. She has a bachelor's degree in Spanish from Franklin & Marshall College and an MS in counselor education from the former Western Maryland College.

GOVERNMENT

Gov. Tom Corbett named Harris Ferris of Allegheny County and Jane Gleason of Cambria County to the Pennsylvania Humanities Council board. Ferris is executive director of the Pittsburgh Ballet and a former dancer. He has a BA from the State University of New York at Buffalo and an MBA from Rutgers University. Gleason is a branch process manager with Arthur J. Gallagher & Co.'s Northeast region. She is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania.

HEALTH CARE

Chambersburg-based Summit Health named Ken Costner a nurse practitioner with Summit Occupational Health. He was employed with Western Maryland Health System in Cumberland, Md.Paula Townsley was named a nurse practitioner with affiliate Shady Grove Family Care. She has more than 30 years of experience as a registered nurse, including as an intensive care unit and emergency room nurse, a long-term care nurse and a school nurse. Courtney Bohn, Rosalind Klinepeter and Jackie Sullivan were named certified nurse midwives with Summit Women's Group in Waynesboro. Bohn was a maternity nurse in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and most recently a midwife in Carlisle. She has master's degrees as a certified nurse midwife and family nurse practitioner. Klinepeter was in private practice with Country Care Midwifery for 13 years. Sullivan has a master's degree as a nurse-midwife from Georgetown University.

Virginia-based Patient First named Richard Weinstein medical director of occupational health, as well as a staff physician, with its Manheim Township center. He will oversee all department of transportation exams. He has a BA from San Francisco State University and a medical degree from the University of South Alabama College of Medicine.

INSURANCE

Pittsburgh-based Highmark Health named Karen Hanlon executive vice president and chief financial officer. She was senior vice president of financial planning and analysis. She is a certified public accountant and has a BA in accounting from Grove City College. Nanette DeTurk was named executive vice president, chief administrative and strategy officer and treasurer. She will oversee strategy, transformation, human resources, corporate development and treasury. She is a CPA with a bachelor's degree in accounting from Ohio State University and an MBA in finance from Penn State University.

MANUFACTURING

Michigan-based Mahle Aftermarket named Jim Markle business development manager of its service solutions division in Springettsbury Township. He has been with the division, which was formerly known as RTI Technologies, for 13 years in a variety of marketing positions. Previously, he was manager of government and corporate accounts for Visual Sound Inc. He also was an infantry team leader with the U.S. Army. He has a bachelor's degree in history from the University of New Mexico and an MBA from Lehigh University.

York based REH Holdings Inc., which manufactures and installs highway safety products, named Vincent Sibol vice president and chief financial officer. He has more than 10 years of experience and was controller of MGM Enterprises Inc. He is a certified public accountant with a BS in accounting from Villanova University.

York - based Gavin Advertising named Tracey Johnston director of accounts. She has 15 years of sales and digital marketing experience.

Adams County-based Children's Aid Society Southern Pennsylvania district named Marcia Crider a play therapist and member of the clinical staff of the Leiter Caring Center in Chambersburg. She has experience as a mobile therapist for children with an autism spectrum diagnosis, as well as with other physical and mental challenges. The American Heart Association named Brian Heldibridle chairman of the 2014 Adams County Heart and Stroke Walk. He is manager of non-invasive cardiology with Well-Span Health'sGettysburg Hospital heart and vascular department. Alejandro Rosado and Joseph Deerin were named cochairmen of the 2014 Lancaster Heart Walk. Rosado is CEO of 12:34 MicroTechnologies Inc., and Deerin is the owner, president, broker of record and senior property manager for Property Management Alternatives Inc., which does business as LMS Commercial Real Estate.

Manheim Township-based Coldwell Banker Select Professionals named Lou Nalls a real estate agent with its York office. Nalls has experience with home remodeling and investment, as well as "flipping" York-area houses. He is a graduate of Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology and YTI.

West York-based Print-O-Stat named Patrick Lauzon an application engineer with its software solutions division. He has 12 years of information technology experience and was director of information technology with Murray Associates Architects. He has a bachelor's degree in political science from Penn State University.

York-based Pace Resources Inc. named William B Dannehl president and chief operating officer. He was executive vice president of Harley Davidson Inc. and a vice president and general manager of the York County assembly plant. Russell E. Horn Jr. will continue as Pace's chairman and CEO.
