“1. A computing system for a proctored examination platform for a drug test, the computing system comprising an electronic storage medium storing computer-executable instructions and one or more processors configured to execute the computer-executable instructions for implementing the proctored examination platform for the drug test by: receiving, by the computing system, a user request from a user computing device of a user for a proctored examination for a drug test; establishing, by the computing system, an electronic video conference session between the proctor device and the user computing device, wherein: during the electronic video conference session a proctor views, on the proctor device, a live video of the user taking the drug test, the live video is captured using a camera of the user computing device of the user, and the drug test results in a drug indicator indicating a result of the drug test that is viewable by the proctor in the live video; and dynamically verifying, by the computer system, that testing procedures associated with the drug test are completed properly by analyzing monitored video frame data associated with the live video to determine that the drug test was administered by the user without abnormalities.

“2. The system of claim 1, further comprising displaying information regarding the indication to the user on the user device.

“3. The system of claim 1, further comprising displaying information regarding the indication to the proctor on the proctor device.

“4. The system of claim 1, wherein the drug test is performed using a drug test kit that includes a QR code located on an external surface thereof that, when scanned by the user device, connects the user to the proctored examination platform.

The system of claim 4, wherein the QR code, when scanned by the user device, causes the user device to display a graphic on the display of the user device that, when selected by a user, causes a software application stored on the user device to access a provider webpage that enables initiation of an augmented reality presentation that includes augmented reality content relating to the drug test,

“6. The system of claim 5, wherein the augmented reality content provides instructions for performing at least one step of the drug test.

“7. The system of claim 1, wherein the drug test is provided in a drug testing kit that comprises a plurality of drug tests, each of the plurality of drug tests for testing for a different drug.

“8. The system of claim 1, wherein the drug test is provided in a medical diagnostic test kit that comprises a plurality of medical diagnostic test kits.

“9. A method for a proctored examination platform for a drug test, the method comprising: receiving a user request from a user computing device of a user for a proctored examination for a drug test; establishing an electronic video conference session between the proctor device and the user computing device, wherein: during the electronic video conference session a proctor views, on the proctor device, a live video of the user taking the drug test, the live video is captured using a camera of the user computing device of the user, and the drug test results in a drug indicator indicating a result of the drug test that is viewable by the proctor in the live video; and dynamically verifying that testing procedures associated with the drug test are completed properly by analyzing monitored video frame data associated with the live video to determine that the medical diagnostic test was administered by the user without abnormalities.

“10. The system of claim 9, further comprising displaying information regarding the indication to the user on the user device.

“11. The system of claim 9, further comprising displaying information regarding the indication to the proctor on the proctor device.

“12. The system of claim 9, wherein the drug test is performed using a drug test kit that includes a QR code located on an external surface thereof that, when scanned by the user device, connects the user to the proctored examination platform.

The system of claim 12, wherein the QR code, when scanned by the user device, causes the user device to display a graphic on the display of the user device that, when selected by a user, causes a software application stored on the user device to access a provider webpage that enables initiation of an augmented reality presentation that includes augmented reality content relating to the drug test,

“14. The system of claim 13, wherein the augmented reality content provides instructions for performing at least one step of the drug test.
