BOULDER, Colo. — August 13, 2026 — Adjusto today announced the launch of Adjusto Remote, an AI-native contents claims service providing field inventory and desk adjusting across the 48 continental United States.
The service gives carriers another option for outsourced contents claims, particularly those that already rely on TPAs for field inventory, desk valuation or full contents assignments.

In a recent 11-room total-loss contents assignment, a single adjuster recorded approximately two hours and 40 minutes of video covering 1,765 inventory items. Adjusto’s platform processed the documentation and produced valuation recommendations in approximately seven minutes.
Balarezo said the broader opportunity is to rethink how technology supports adjusters and policyholders.
