Wyoming woman charged in fatal Greeley traffic crash had suspended license and no insurance, police say

Officers were called about
Police met Moore in her hospital room where a doctor treated her for minor injuries, the affidavit stated. Officers could smell alcohol on her breath, and hospital staff told them she seemed to be on other drugs, as well. Police obtained a search warrant to test Moore's blood for the presence of alcohol and drugs. The blood draws were then to be sent to a toxicology lab for analysis.
When they talked at the hospital, Moore told officers she couldn't remember anything leading up to the crash, the affidavit stated, although she did remember Sisneros sitting in her passenger seat.
According to the affidavit, police also asked Moore to sign a form that would give them consent to see her current medical records. Moore signed it, but the doctor treating her refused to release the information because he said Moore was "intoxicated" at the time she signed.
