MALVERN, Pennsylvanai,
According to the agency website:
For the past year and a half, employers have been struggling to recover a sense of normalcy in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic. What are employees' biggest concerns? Can employers require vaccination? What if employees no longer wish to return to the workplace? Is physical office space still relevant? What have the more successful organizations implemented to ensure a safe, productive workplace? In this session, we identify the major concerns of returning to work from both the employee and employer perspective, discuss strategies and tactics to ensure a safe and productive workplace, and develop an action plan to apply best practices.
