Stewardson woman, 3 children hurt in Jasper County crash Saturday morning

Police said Mugrage slowed behind Zumbahlen as Zumbahlen was about to turn left. Rohr continued west, still partially in the eastbound lane. Zumbahlen began to make the left hand turn.

Rohr, 55, was ticketed for improper lane usage and improper passing, police said, and Mugrage was ticketed for operating a vehicle without insurance.
