Rep. Luetkemeyer Introduces Bill on Premium Rates for Flood Insurance Coverage

WASHINGTON, May 22 -- Rep. Blaine Luetkemeyer, R-Mo., has introduced legislation (H.R. 2565) to "require the use of replacement cost value in determining the premium rates for flood insurance coverage under the National Flood Insurance Act."
The bill was introduced on May 20. It was referred to the House Financial Services Committee.
