On April 1, 2022, Prudential Financial, Inc. ("Prudential" or the "Company)
completed the previously announced sale of a portion of its in-force legacy
variable annuities block to Fortitude Group Holdings, LLC through the sale of
all of the equity interests in Prudential Annuities Life Assurance Corporation
and its approximately $31 billion of account values.
