Northwestern: Supreme Court Made the 'Right Decision' on Challenge to Affordable Care Act

EVANSTON, Illinois, June 18 (TNSPol) -- Northwestern University issued the following news release:

The U.S. Supreme Court today in California v. Texas dismissed a third challenge to the Affordable Care Act in a 7-2 ruling. Professors from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and Pritzker School of Law are available to comment.
