Job Creators Network on Debate: Dems Shows Vulnerability on Healthcare, Fail to Offer Real Solutions

WASHINGTON, Jan. 17 -- Job Creators Network issued the following statement:
CNN and the Des Moines Register hosted a debate between six Democrats running for President.
Alfredo Ortiz, President and CEO of the Job Creators Network (JCN) released the following statement.
"Unlike the last debate, when healthcare was hardly mentioned, the Democratic candidates refocused their attention on this key issue but failed to offer any real solutions.
"Whether it's 'Medicare for All' or the 'public option,' all the Democratic proposals would double down on the mistakes of Obamacare and lead to a government takeover of America's healthcare system.
"With Obamacare forcing one-third of small businesses to drop health insurance for their employees, and the Supreme Court possibly ruling on Obamacare's constitutionality, now is the time for a serious approach to reform.
"The JCN Foundation has released 'Healthcare for You,' a seven-part framework for reform that has been endorsed by Tom Price, Newt Gingrich and seven Republican Governors and was produced with the input of 25,000 Americans - the largest healthcare market research ever conducted. Our framework restores the doctor-patient relationship, gets the politicians out of the process and increases choice. It's the right way to approach one of the most important battles in the larger debate between socialism and capitalism."
