InventHelp Inventor Develops Water Damage Indicator (CNC-391)
PR Newswire
PITTSBURGH, Feb. 13, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- "I wanted a way to prevent insurance companies and shady used card dealers from making a profit on salvaged cars after flooding," said an inventor from Troutman, North Carolina. "This inspired me to develop a means through which flood damage would be permanently indicated and easily detected."
He developed the WATER SALVAGE METER to protect consumers against unknowingly purchasing flood damaged vehicles. This invention would clearly indicate if the vehicle was flooded and to what level. This could keep consumers alert and informed to a scam to avoid being ripped off. Additionally, it would provide peace of mind for used car shoppers.
The original design was submitted to the Columbia sales office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
