Grafton Superior Court: Theft, drugs, criminal mischief, insurance fraud
Heather L. Ainsworth, 45, of Haverhill, and Scott Edward Nadeau, 55, of North Haverhill, were each indicted on a Class A felony count of criminal mischief by accomplice.
Between April 1 and April 25, 2021, in Haverhill, Ainsorth and Nadeau are accused of acting in concert to recklessly damage a motorcycle belonging to Nathan Ainsworth and causing more than $1,500 in damage.
William D. Bohan, 31, of Woodsville, was indicted on a Class B felony count of burglary.
On Jan. 8, 2022, prosecutors said Bohan unlawfully entered a garage at 220 Mann's Hill Road in Littleton with the intent to commit the crime of theft.
Jaime J. Deforge, 43, of Dalton, was indicted on a Class A felony count of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and a Class A felony count of misapplication of property, involving one victim, and a Class A felony count of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and a Class A felony count of theft by deception involving a second victim.
Between Feb. 3 and Feb. 23, 2021 in Littleton, Deforge is accused of stealing more than $1,500 belonging to Peter Giunta when he used the money for purposes other than an agreed-upon construction of a deck or steps at Giunta's residence and recklessly failed to make payments.
Between Sept. 4 and Sept. 21, 2021 in Plymouth, Deforge is accused of stealing more than $1,500 belonging to Shirley Larochelle and using the money for purposes other than an agreed-upon removal or installation of a roof for Larochelle and creating the false impression that he would buy the materials and install the roof.
The charges come after the New Hampshire Attorney General's office, in 2020, brought a civil enforcement against Deforge, whom they said ran Twin State Mobile Home Repair and Remodeling and stole more than $30,000 in deposits for a construction job he did not perform any work on.
Michael Dexter, 58, of Littleton, was indicted on a Class B felony count of insurance fraud.
Between Dec. 15 and 17, 2021, prosecutors said Dexter hatched a scheme to defraud Progressive Northern Insurance Company when she presented a statement she knew to contain, false, incomplete or misleading information, which was a false date of damage in connection to an automobile insurance policy, that was material to a claim for payment of more than $1,000.
Emma J. Farina, 28. of Bradford, Vt., was indicted on two Class B felony counts of possessing fentanyl and methamphetamine on July 7 in Lebanon.
She also faces a Class A misdemeanor count of disobeying a police officer that charges her with driving more than a mile on Interstate 89 after being signaled to stop by an officer who had activated the police cruiser's siren and lights.
In addition, Farina is charged with a Class A misdemeanor count of driving after suspension following a DUI.
Timothy A. Fisher, 49, of Lisbon, was indicted on a Class A felony count of receiving stolen property.
On June 8 in Lisbon, police said Fisher had a 2008 18-foot Mid-Atlantic dual-axle trailer that was stolen from Conor Margison and valued at more than $1,500.
Dawn Fraser, 39, of Lancaster, was indicted on a Class A felony count of theft.
Between July 27 and Sept. 3, 2021 in Franconia, prosecutors said Fraser had a Brietling Chronomat Evolution watch that was stolen from Jeff Steber and valued at more than $1,500.
Erich Saffo, 21, of Benton, was indicted on four Class A felony counts of possessing child pornography on Feb. 1, 2022, in Franconia.
Jonathan M. Stuart, 25, of St. Johnsbury, was indicted on a Class B felony count of unlawful delivery of prohibited articles.
On Oct. 19, while an inmate at the Grafton County House of Corrections in North Haverhill, Stuart is alleged to have had a quantity of the drug buprenorphine.
