Nov. 15--CATIC, the Connecticut Attorneys Title Insurance Co., has opened a new office at 923 Rte. 6A in Yarmouth Port, in the Sunflower Market Place, according to a statement from the company.
"Our Cape Cod office is centrally located Mid Cape, which allows us to easily reach all areas of the Cape and Islands," CATIC's Massachusetts State Manager Jim Bilodeau said in the statement. "We're excited to have expanded into Yarmouth Port and we look forward to serving our clients in the area."
CATIC is currently licensed in Connecticut, Florida, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island and Vermont. The company is an underwriting member of the American Land Title Association and the North American Bar-Related Title Insurers, according to the statement. Its sister company, CATIC Title Insurance Company, is licensed in New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania.
