JP Insurance Group Launches Commercial Property & Casualty Division; Appoints Joe Webster as Managing Director
Miami, FL — JP Insurance Group has officially launched its Commercial Property & Casualty divison, marking a significant expansion of the firm’s capabilities across commercial insurance, real estate and hospitality risk management, and small business solutions.
The launch will be led by Joe Webster, who joins the organization as Managing Director of Commercial Operations. Webster brings nearly a decade of commercial insurance experience, including leadership roles overseeing large commercial portfolios, real estate placements, and operational teams serving middle market and institutional clients.

JP Insurance Group’s commercial platform is being built around three core practices:
• General Commercial Lines — A general practice focused on serving middle-market to large commercial clients.
• Real Estate & Hospitality — A specialty practice focused on hospitality, multifamily real estate, and commercial real estate risks.
• Select Business Unit (SBU) — A group designed to efficiently and effectively serve small business clients.
The firm’s expansion reflects a broader strategy to combine traditional relationship-driven insurance advisory services with modern operational efficiencies and technology-enabled workflows.

Prior to joining JP Insurance Group, Webster held leadership positions within large commercial insurance operations and worked extensively with complex commercial portfolios, hospitality risks, and institutional real estate clients. He also holds an MBA from Florida State University’s Insurance and Real Estate program and holds the CPCU designation.
