With over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, Ms. Turcotte brings a wealth of knowledge in product development, financial modeling, reinsurance solutions, and technology transformation. She has held various senior roles, including her most recent position as Senior Business Development Actuary at Guy Carpenter, where she supported clients in the US and Canada with reinsurance strategies for life and annuity products. Ms. Turcotte also founded and led Turcotte Consulting, where she advised insurtech startups on technology and product innovation.
