$2.2M Equifax Duplicate-Account Reporting Class Action Settlement

Equifax agreed to establish a $2.2 million cash fund to resolve allegations that it violated the Fair Credit Reporting Act by reporting the same collection account more than once on certain consumers' credit reports.

The settlement covers U.S. consumers Equifax identified as having been mailed a Duplicate Reporting Letter in August or September 2022. An official notice ID beginning with EQB and a PIN are required to file a cash claim online.

The claim deadline is Sept. 1, 2026.

Circle K / Gas Express Data Incident Class Action Settlement

Gas Express LLC, which does business as Circle K, agreed to settle claims arising from a May 2024 cyberattack in which files containing names, Social Security numbers and other private information may have been accessed.

The settlement covers living U.S. residents whom Gas Express notified that their private information was affected. This notice-based settlement involves Gas Express-operated Circle K locations and does not cover every Circle K customer nationwide.

The claim deadline is Sept. 3, 2026.

$35M Labcorp AMCA Data Breach Class Action Settlement

Laboratory Corporation of America Holdings agreed to pay $35 million to resolve claims arising from a cyberattack on American Medical Collection Agency, a billing and collections vendor that received certain Labcorp patient information.

The settlement covers people whose information Labcorp sent to AMCA and whose information was contained in systems implicated in the data incident that occurred from approximately August 1, 2018, through March 30, 2019.

The claim deadline is Sept. 3, 2026.

$50M Disney Streaming TV Antitrust Class Action Settlement

The Walt Disney Company agreed to create a $50 million partial settlement fund to resolve allegations that its conduct raised prices for streaming live-pay-TV services.

The settlement covers people and entities that purchased YouTube TV, DirecTV Stream, DirecTV Now or AT&T TV Now subscriptions between April 1, 2019, and March 31, 2026.

Eligible subscribers can claim a pro rata cash payment based partly on the length of their covered subscriptions. Claims involving FuboTV are not resolved by this partial settlement.

The claim deadline is Sept. 8, 2026.

$117.5M Comcast Xfinity Data Breach Class Action Settlement

Comcast agreed to establish a $117.5 million settlement fund to resolve claims arising from an October 2023 cyberattack that may have exposed customers' personal information.

The settlement covers people in the United States and its territories whom Comcast notified on or around December 18, 2023, that their personal information may have been compromised in the data breach.

The claim deadline is Sept. 14, 2026.

$8.25M Google Play Children's Privacy Class Action Settlement

Google LLC and AdMob Google Inc. agreed to pay $8.25 million to resolve allegations that personal information was collected, used or disclosed from children younger than 13 through Google Play apps without the required parental consent.

The nationwide settlement covers U.S. residents who were younger than 13 when they downloaded or used a Google Play app at any time since April 1, 2015, and whose personal information was allegedly collected, used or disclosed. A parent or legal guardian may file for a qualifying minor.

The claim deadline is Sept. 14, 2026.

$1.25M Farmers Insurance Do-Not-Call Class Action Settlement

Farmers Insurance Exchange, Farmers Insurance Company, Inc. and Fire Insurance Exchange agreed to make up to $1.25 million available to resolve claims that specified agents or agencies placed marketing calls or texts to numbers on the National Do Not Call Registry.

The settlement covers people whose cellular phone number appears on the litigation list and who received more than one covered Farmers-marketing call or text from one of seven named agents or their agencies between April 19, 2020, and June 15, 2026.

Eligibility also depends on Do Not Call Registry timing and certifications concerning quote requests and Farmers customer status. Approved claimants may receive a pro rata cash payment of up to $160.

The claim deadline is Sept. 14, 2026.

$299.5M Toyota Forklift Emissions Class Action Settlement

Toyota Industries Corporation and related Toyota Material Handling companies agreed to pay $299.5 million to resolve allegations that emissions from certain Toyota internal-combustion forklifts were misrepresented and exceeded regulatory limits.

The nationwide settlement covers people and entities that purchased or leased a qualifying Toyota forklift in the United States on or before January 20, 2026. Eligibility depends on the forklift's engine, model and serial number.

The claim deadline is Sept. 22, 2026, based on the final approval order and paper claim form; the current settlement website lists Sept. 23.

Tesla Supercharger Idle-Fee Class Action Settlement

Tesla agreed to settle allegations that it improperly charged Supercharger idle fees to some early vehicle purchasers who were promised free lifetime Supercharging and disabled or threatened to disable Supercharger access over unpaid fees.

The settlement is limited to a defined California class of people who received an eligible Tesla before December 16, 2016, continued to own it after that date, were California citizens as of June 21, 2021, and purchased under one of three specified Supercharger contract descriptions.

The claim deadline is Sept. 25, 2026.

O'Reilly Automotive Text Message Class Action Settlement

O'Reilly Automotive agreed to settle allegations that it sent marketing text messages to reassigned phone numbers on the National Do Not Call Registry without consent. Approved claimants are expected to receive up to $22, subject to a possible pro rata reduction.

The nationwide settlement covers people whose reassigned numbers had been on the registry for at least 30 days and received more than one O'Reilly text in a 12-month period between April 15, 2021, and June 29, 2026. A claim may be denied if the recipient made an O'Reilly purchase during the 18 months before the texts.

The claim deadline is Sept. 28, 2026.
