Vertafore President and CEO Alex Lintner Steps Down

Vertafore, the leading provider of software that transforms the business of insurance, today announced that Alex Lintner has stepped down from his role as President & CEO of Vertafore as well as from the Vertafore Board of Directors. The board has engaged the assistance of a leading executive search firm to retain a permanent CEO. In the interim, Tim Dunn will dedicate additional time with the leadership team to facilitate decision-making and communication. Dunn is a Vertafore board member and an Operating Partner with Vertafore's principal shareholder, TPG Capital.
