Vertafore ImageRight® and Ratchet-X Integration Improves Productivity for Insurers Using Multiple Applications

The new capability enables ImageRight users who also are users of Ratchet-X to rapidly integrate third-party applications into the ImageRight desktop without having to invest additional time and financial resources to develop code for the ImageRight API. This makes it easier to transfer data between ImageRight and other applications.

Ratchet-X helps users save time by monitoring all the application screens where they are working so that data from multiple applications is more readily available to execute key tasks in ImageRight. When a user navigates to an application screen that they told Ratchet-X to monitor, it automatically transfers the data contained within the third-party application and places the Ratchet-X Integration Button in the application’s title bar to import the data into ImageRight.

This new functionality also works inversely in moving data from ImageRight into other third-party applications. The productivity gains delivered through the integration will enable insurers to meet agency partner and client needs more efficiently.
