This is a notice of intent to award a sole source procurement to LGS Innovations, LLC. Services to be provided are installation and update to the Information Assurance (IA) and Security Software to the 5ESS Switch to comply with Federal and Department of Defense (DoD) regulations, and maintain accreditation for DoD network connections for Defense Information Systems Agency Pacific (DISA PAC) Enhanced Mobile Satellite Services (EMSS) Gateway Facility at NCTAMS-PAC Wahiawa, Hawaii. LGS is the only company authorized by Alcatel-Lucent to apply the Sun System patches to the 5ESS system equipment.
