He has more than seven years of experience and an MS in architectural engineering with a concentration in structural engineering from Penn State. Ishmael Keener was named a structural designer. He will assist with structural drawings, building information modeling and structural calculations. He was a research engineer with Pro-Perma Engineered Coatings in Missouri. He has an MS in civil engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology.

Lancaster-based Fulton Financial Advisors named Dennis R. Maurer a unique and special assets manager with its middle office department. He will oversee assets such as real estate, annuities and closely held stocks. He was a real estate manager. He has a BS in business from Elizabethtown College. Erik M. Albright was named an account manager with the department. He was an accounting officer. He has a BS in business administration with a focus in finance from Millersville University. Gerri L. Caldwell was named vice president and estate settlement officer with the estate department. Her responsibilities will include administration and settlement of estates. She was a relationship manager with the charitable and endowments area. David M. Paxson was named a charities and endowments relationship manager. He was a corporate trust officer. Hartman chief fiduciary officer and manager of trust services. She was a chief fiduciary officer and wealth planner. San Francisco-based Wells Fargo & Co. named Claudette Mack community bank district manager of its Capitol-York district, which includes banks in York and Cumberland counties. She was manager of the Brodheadsville, Monroe County, office. She is a graduate of Northampton Community College. Roger Manalo was named community bank district manager for the Mid-Central district, which includes banks in Dauphin and Lebanon counties. He was manager of the Fairgrounds office in Reading.

Swatara Township-based Metro Bank named Elisa Cintron a senior vice president and chief retail officer. She has 18 years of retail banking experience, most recently as a senior retail market manager for Berks, Lancaster, Lebanon and York counties. Adam Bryner was named vice president of the York region. He was a vice president and commercial loan officer with the region. Prior to joining the bank in 2007, he was a business auditor with the financial division of Textron Inc. He has a BS in finance from St. Vincent College. John Butz was named a loan settlement officer with the Reading region. He has more than five years of experience and was a loan processor with AgChoice Farm Credit. He has a bachelor's degree in English from Messiah College. Kevin Burke was named an audit supervisor. Millersburg-based Mid Penn Bank named Justin T. Webb executive vice president and chief risk officer. He was chief credit officer. He will oversee compliance, security, loan operations, deposit operations and credit. He has nine years of financial experience and a bachelor's degree in finance from the University of Pittsburgh. Amanda M. Sattazahn was named a real estate portfolio manager. She has 13 years of financial services experience and was a portfolio manager with Susquehanna Bank. She has a bachelor's degree in accounting from Susquehanna University. Kristin L. Lombardi was named a vice president and commercial loan officer. She was a relationship manager with M&T Bank. She has 24 years of experience and a bachelor's degree in sociology and religion from Lycoming College. Lindsay J. Reisinger was named an assistant vice president and commercial loan officer. York College named Carl Seaquist associate dean of academic affairs for institutional effectiveness. He was director of strategic planning, budgeting and the critical thinking program with Bethel University in Tennessee. He also was associate director of the University of Pennsylvania's writing program, and a lecturer with the University of Vermont. He has a BA in classical studies and a doctorate from Penn, and an MA in philosophy from the University of Wisconsin.

INSURANCE

Springettsbury Township-based McConkey Insurance & Benefits named Morgan J. Bowersox a special risk programs assistant. She was an assistant with the benefits department. She has a bachelor's degree in sports administration from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.

LAW

Philadelphia-based Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin named Kacey C. Wiedt assistant director of its workers' compensation department. He is a shareholder with the Harrisburg office and will help oversee 35 workers' compensation attorneys in 10 offices. He has a bachelor's degree from Washington & Jefferson College and a law degree from Widener University.

Lancaster-based Barley Snyder named Tim Malloy an associate in its finance and creditors' rights and business groups. Susquehanna Township-based Pennsylvania Family Support Alliance, which provides training on recognizing and reporting suspected child abuse, named Jennifer Doyle board vice president. She is director of development and community investment with The Foundation for Enhancing Communities. She has a BS from the University of Pittsburgh and a master of health administration degree from Penn State. Jason Kutulakis, John Lawn, Jennifer Lester, James Redmond and Erica M. Weiler-Timmins were named to the board. Kutulakis is a founding member and senior partner of Abom & Kutulakis LLP. He has a BS from Penn State and a law degree from Dickinson School of Law. Linda Duncan of Penn State Milton S. Hershey Medical Center was named immediate past president.
