He has more than seven years of experience and an MS in architectural engineering with a concentration in structural engineering from Penn State. Ishmael Keener was named a structural designer. Springettsbury Township-based McConkey Insurance & Benefits named Morgan J. Bowersox a special risk programs assistant. She was an assistant with the benefits department. She has a bachelor's degree in sports administration from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
