Gannett Fleming Inc. of East Pennsboro Township named Vincent Della Donna director of health care services. He was head of the health care division with another architecture and engineering firm. He has more than 29 years of architectural design experience and a bachelor of architecture degree from New York Institute of Technology.

Sparks, Md.-based KCI Technologies Inc. named G. John Kurgan transportation market leader with its office in Upper Allen Township. He was chief operating officer of Michael Baker Corp. He is a professional engineer with more than 42 years of experience and a bachelor's and a master's degree in civil engineering from Penn State University. Richard Hergenroeder was named chief client services officer.
