He has more than 29 years of architectural design experience and a bachelor of architecture degree from New York Institute of Technology.

Sparks, Md.-based KCI Technologies Inc. named G. John Kurgan transportation market leader with its office in Upper Allen Township. He was chief operating officer of Michael Baker Corp. He is a professional engineer with more than 42 years of experience and a bachelor's and a master's degree in civil engineering from Penn State University. Richard Hergenroeder was named chief client services officer. He is a professional engineer with more than 30 years of quality control experience, a bachelor's and a master's degree in civil engineering from Drexel University, and a master's degree in administrative science from Johns Hopkins University.

BANKING/FINANCE

Gettysburg-based ACNB Bank named Donald C. McVay a vice president and senior commercial loan officer with the North Hanover office. He has 25 years of commercial lending experience and a BS in finance from Lehigh University.

West Manchester Township-based First Capital Federal Credit Union named Charles Burkhardt II vice president of information technology. He will oversee technology infrastructure and information system tools. He was employed with York Newspaper Co. for 31 years, most recently as director of information systems.

CONSTRUCTION

Harrisburg-based Quandel Enterprises Inc. named Amy Zeigenfuse marketing coordinator. She was employed with Rubeling & Associates and Dees Fluid Power. She has a BS in computer and information science from the University of Maryland.

HEALTH CARE

Harrisburg-based Pinnacle Health System named Dr. Matthew F. Wilson a physician with its FamilyCare Silver Spring office. He has a BS from Juniata College and a medical degree from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine.

HOSPITALITY

Leacock Township-based Bird-in-Hand Corp. named Michael Dorough general manager of its lodging division and the Bird-in-Hand Family Inn. He also will supervise the firms's other lodging properties and oversee the lodging and corporate group sales department. He has more than 25 years of experience, mostrecentlyasvice president of operations with Crescent Hotels & Resorts. He also was employed with McIntosh Inns Inc. and the former Willow Valley Resort. He has a bachelor's and a master's degree from Baylor University.

Upper Allen Township-based Choice Meetings named Mari Killian an independent planner. She will provide sales, marketing and event management services. She was a meetings and incentives manager with a construction materials manufacturer and has more than 30 years of meeting planning experience.

Lancaster Marriott at Penn Square named Allison K. Anthony a catering sales manager focusing on wedding-related sales. She was a group sales manager with the Grand Hyatt Washington and Hyatt Regency Washington in Washington, D.C. She has a BS in hotel, restaurant and institutional management from Penn State University.

LAW

Lancaster-based Kegel Kelin Almy & Lord LLP named Denise E. Elliott and Jason T. Confair partners. Elliott is chairwoman of the labor and employment law group and a member of the education law group. She has a bachelor's degree in criminal justice from the University of Delaware and a law degree from Temple University. Confair is a member of the corporate and business, real estate and education law groups. He has abachelor's degree from Penn State University and a law degree from the University of Pittsburgh.

York-based Cultural Alliance ofYork County named Mary Anne Winkelman president. She was vice president and campaign director. She has a bachelor's degree in computer and information sciences from Temple University and an executive MBA from Loyola College.

People That Care Youth Services of Red Lion named Keith Dyke president, Jim Quoss vice president, Eric Osterberg chairman and treasurer and Verna Price secretary. Dyke is a corporal with the York Area Regional Police Department. He has a bachelor's degree in sociology from Juniata College. Quoss is network analyst with Hewlett Packard. Osterberg is president and clinic director of Osterberg Chiropractic Centre. He is a graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic in Iowa. Prior to retirement, Price was employed with Adhesives Research.

REAL ESTATE

Manheim Township-based Cold-well Banker Select Professionals named Lisa Merisotis Myers managing co-director of its York/Adams region. Along with real estate, she has experience in estate planning and insurance. Candy Burk was named an employee with the Hershey office of settlement affiliate Guardian Transfer. She has more than 13 years of real estate and closing experience.
