Norvax Makes Working Health Insurance Leads Easier And Costs More Transparent With Enhancements To Lead Management Tool For Insurance Agents

CHICAGO, IL — April 10, 2007 — Working health insurance leads just got easier. Top health insurance technology provider Norvax has released new updates to its insurance lead management system, BrokerOffice. These enhancements make updating lead information and tracking costs and returns a simpler process for insurance agents.

“Our new one-screen lead editing feature and Cost Per Sale reporting tool are just the beginning of a line of enhancements scheduled for our BrokerOffice lead management tool in the coming months,” said Brandon Cruz, president and CTO, Norvax. “Our goal is to continue providing agents with one indispensable tool suite that streamlines their day-to-day work flow, allowing them to focus more on profitable activities like contacting new health leads. These new features are a step in that direction.”

The new one-screen lead editing feature allows agents to log in to their personal online dashboards and edit the contact info and follow-up status of all their health leads by simply pointing, clicking and typing in their changes.

Rather than visiting separate pages to update each lead, the one-screen feature streamlines the follow-up process, allowing a BrokerOffice subscriber to work straight down their list of health insurance leads, calling the prospect and updating their status and info as they go.

Norvax has also released their new “Cost Per Sale” report. This tool allows insurance agent subscribers to automatically track their conversion ratio and cost per sale for every lead source.

Continued Cruz, “The Cost Per Sale report is a valuable tool for insurance agents, allowing them to put a dollar value on all their lead sources.”

Using the report, agents can see which lead sources convert highest for any time period they choose, based on the status they’ve given them, such as “closed,” “follow up,” “don’t call.”

Insurance brokers interested in Norvax’ insurance lead management or other insurance agent tools can call 1-866-466-7829 or visit www.norvax.com.
