Hudson Insurance Group Expands HFP Product Offering
NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Hudson Insurance Group, the U.S. Insurance division of Odyssey Re Holdings Corp., today announced that Hudson Financial Products (“HFP”) is expanding its private company management liability (“PCML”) business with the introduction of a Private Defender modular policy form that targets middle market privately held entities. Coverages include Directors and Officers Liability, Employment Practices Liability, Fiduciary Liability and Crime. The PCML product offering, the Private Defender, will be underwritten by a dedicated unit based in Philadelphia.
