HighRoads Appoints Tom McNamara as SVP of Sales

HighRoads, a company focusing in benefits plan management and health care compliance, announced the expansion of its executive leadership team with the addition of Tom McNamara as senior vice president of sales.

With a track record driving consistent growth in organizations focused on health care and payer IT, McNamara will oversee the strategic direction of HighRoads' sales organization as it expands its focus to support the benefits plan management and health care compliance needs of health insurance payers and employers.

With more than 25 years of software sales leadership experience, McNamara has demonstrated success building out sales organizations from privately held startups to mature-stage public companies. Most recently, McNamara was the chief revenue officer at Connance, an early stage revenue cycle predictive analytics technology company. McNamara has held sales leadership positions with Silverlink Communications, W3Health, Coventry Partners, HPR, Lawson Software and Pansophic Systems.
