   •     $3,000 Personal Property coverage
   •     10% Loss of Rents coverage
   •     $300,000 Premises Liability- Including Personal Injury
   •     10% Other Structures up to $10,000
   •     Platinum Endorsement- features a number of additional enhancements

There is also a 6% discount on the Dwelling and Personal Property premiums for landlords who choose the Platinum Package. (The landlord Platinum Package is only available in our Dwelling Fire Three program.)
