Brian Scott Wardius, 29, possession of controlled dangerous substance, public intoxication

Randall Dawon Liggins, 27, larceny of automobile, altering or removing a vessel or motor ID number; driving with a canceled, suspended or revoked license; altering a license plate or deca, failure to maintain security verification

Jose Thomas Marinez-Guzman, 29, possession of controlled dangerous substance; driving with a canceled, suspended or revoked license; unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to carry insurance or security verification form, intersection violation

Marca Lee Thrower, 35, possession of controlled dangerous substance, unauthorized use of a vehicle, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, public intoxication, obstructing an officer

Walter Eugene Ramsey, 42, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon

Kerry Lee West, 30, possession of controlled dangerous substance, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia; driving with a canceled, suspended or revoked license

Dalton Orry Charlton, 21, possession of controlled substance within 1,000 feet of a park

Michael Ryan Deatherage, 31, possession of controlled dangerous substance
