Catalyst Rx Announces PBM Award by Delhaize America
Expanded Contract to Cover 75,000 Members
ROCKVILLE, Md.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Catalyst Rx, the pharmacy benefit management (PBM) subsidiary of Catalyst Health Solutions, Inc. (NASDAQ: CHSI), announced the award of a three-year PBM contract with Delhaize America, one of the leading supermarket operators, including the brands Food Lion and Hannaford Bros. Co. Under the terms of the contract, Catalyst will continue to manage pharmacy benefits for Food Lion’s 55,000 members and on January 1, 2011, will begin administering pharmacy benefits for Hannaford Bros. Co.’s 20,000 members.
