Ann Ngo has joined March of Dimes Florida Chapter's Northeast Division as executive director. Prior to joining the March of Dimes, she was a Go Red For Women Director and Heart Walk Director for the American Heart Association in Central Florida.

John Stagliano has joined Communities in Schools of Jacksonville as its chief financial officer. He had been senior director of finance at Coach Services before spending six years as a high school math teacher.

Francis X. Frantz of Ponte Vedra Beach was named chairman of a publicly traded real estate investment trust (REIT) to be formed through the spinoff of certain network assets from Windstream, a provider of advanced network communications headquartered in Little Rock, Ark. Frantz has been a director of Windstream since 2006 and was chairman of the board from July 2006 to February 2010.

The Florida Public Defender Association has named Legal Assistant Beth Frill the support staff employee of the year. She was worked in the Clay County offices of the Fourth Judicial Circuit for 15 years.

Rob Labenski is the new managing partner of KPMG'sJacksonville office. He is also leader of KPMG's Real Estate Audit practice for the Southeast region. He joined the firm in 1987 and was named a partner in 2000. Labenski succeeds Travis Storey, who will retire at the end of September after a 37-year career in public accounting.
