58 Greenberg Traurig Attorneys and 14 Top-Ranked Practice Areas in Florida Appear in 2011 Chambers USA Guide

MIAMI--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The 2011 Chambers USA guide includes58 Greenberg Traurig attorneys and 14 top-ranked practice areas in Florida. Chambers and Partners publishes an annual guide ranking U.S. lawyers and law firms. According to their website, attorneys are selected for inclusion in its guides based on thousands of interviews with practicing lawyers and with clients around the world. Clients and legal industry peers are quoted in critiques published for select areas of practice and prepared by Chambers and Partners research teams.

In addition to the narrative reviews, attorneys, practice areas and firms are ranked by placement in "bands," with Band 1 being the highest placement. Additionally, attorneys can be designated as a "Senior Statesman," "Star Individual" (which is above a Band 1 ranking), "Up and Comer," and "Associate to Watch." Greenberg Traurig has placement in three of these special categories -- “Up and Comer,” “Senior Statesman,” and “Star Individual.”
