Gulley also was indicted for fleeing or evading police when he allegedly refused to stop for MSU officers.

Duncan also was indicted for alcohol intoxication in a public place.

Smith also was indicted for DUI, failure to maintain required insurance, operating a vehicle on a suspended license and careless driving.

He also was indicted for possession of drug paraphernalia.
--Khoitu Vu Tran, 31, for three counts of trafficking in a controlled substance when he allegedly trafficked in 99 oxycodone, more than two grams of methamphetamine and more than five pounds of marijuana on
Tran also was indicted for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
The indictment of a person by a grand jury is an accusation only. That person is presumed innocent and is entitled to a fair trial at which the state must prove guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.
