The volatility in Medicare Advantage (zero commissions, county exits, Inflation Reduction Act drug cap fallout) makes one thing clear: Agents who systematize, automate and scale smartly will survive, while “one-plan, one-market” agents may get squeezed out. Here’s a framework for using AI to build a profitable, resilient senior-market practice even in the face of uncertainty from carriers and the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services.

  1. Market intelligence: Stay ahead of carrier volatility
