The drive of our senior leadership and the family that owns our company is that if we do everything we can for our employees, the employees will then, in turn, be willing to work and enjoy their careers."
For example, the company has a program to help employees pay back their student loans, Mosley said.

"That's pretty awesome," he said. "That stood out to me."
The benefits are "amazing," said Mosley. That includes matching 401-K contributions dollar for dollar up to 7% of salary, he added.
"They give us a generous amount of paid time off (PTO)," Mosley said. "It's work-life balance. You don't want to be in a situation where you are living just for a paycheck. I don't feel that about IAT. They encourage our education. IAT has a partnership with the insurance institutes. They pay for us to attend to gain different designations and if we hit those designations, there are rewards that are salary based and bonus based."
With the recent increase in inflation, which has gone up faster than salaries have in most companies, IAT stepped in to help employees.
"They gave every employee a bonus to help with that," said Mosley. "They understood that the cost of milk and other products has gone up and our CEO, our owners, are very attuned to that."
The company also likes to promote from within, Mosley added.
"These are the things they do to retain their employees," he said. "It's a big, big deal."
In turn, the employees give back to the customers, Mosley said.
