HAMILTON, Bermuda, April 20, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Third Point Reinsurance Ltd. (NYSE: TPRE) ("TPRE" or the "Company") today announced that it is planning to release its first quarter 2017 results after the market close on Thursday, May 4, 2017.  The Company will also hold a conference call to discuss its results at 8:30 am (Eastern Time) on Friday, May 5, 2017.
