Taft partner Kevin Kinross was featured in the National Association of Mutual Insurance Companies INmagazine article, "Avoiding Unwelcome Surprises." In this article, Kinross discusses the term "policyholder activism" and explains why the term is misleading.
"The hard part when we talk about policyholder activism especially in the mutual context, is that mutuals exist to act for the interest of their members," Kinross explains.
