SuretyWave Acquires InSure Vision Technologies

The acquisition, which officially closed on July 28, 2017, paves the way for SuretyWave to integrate its proprietary digital business-architected platform with IVT's leading web-based surety bond processing system known as the SurePath Network. The resulting solution will be the industry's most automated and flexible surety processing system, and the go-to distribution channel for all surety bond stakeholders, including agents, brokers and sureties.

To ensure a smooth and successful transition, and to confirm that enhancements to the SurePath Network are stabilized and achieve all required business objectives, IVT's co-founders Pam Stocks and Beverly Hall will serve as advisors for a period of time.
