StoneGate Senior Living Secures Facility Agreements with Christus Health Plan

StoneGate Senior Living announces it has secured agreements for Medicare and Commercial coverage with Christus Health Plan for seven of its skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities serving the greater East Texas marketplace.

This agreement gives families the opportunity to leverage their Medicare Advantage and Commercial benefits to access the StoneGate Senior Living skilled nursing and rehabilitative health care facility that best serves the needs of the senior patient.

The agreements were secured or renewed effective October 1, 2018.
