Sen. Flake Introduces Bill to Amend Agricultural Act of 2014

WASHINGTON, March 9 -- Sen. Jeff Flake, R-Ariz., has introduced legislation (S. 2512) to amend the Agricultural Act of 2014 "to require producers to elect to receive price loss coverage or agriculture risk coverage under that Act or Federal crop insurance under the Federal Crop Insurance Act."
The bill was introduced on March 7. It was referred to the Senate Agriculture, Nutrition, and Forestry Committee.
