Sen. Cruz Introduces Bill on Governing of Individual Health Insurance Coverage

WASHINGTON, Oct. 28 -- Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas, has introduced legislation (S. 2021) to "repeal title I of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act and to amend the Public Health Service Act to provide for cooperative governing of individual health insurance coverage offered in interstate commerce."
The bill was introduced on Oct. 26 and was co-sponsored by Sen. Marco Rubio, R-Fla. It was referred to the Senate Finance Committee.
