Rep. Curbelo Introduces Bill on National Flood Insurance Program Coverage

WASHINGTON, March 9 -- Rep. Carlos Curbelo, R-Fla., has introduced legislation (H.R. 1401) to "ensure fairness in premium rates for coverage under the National Flood Insurance Program for residences and business properties."
The bill was introduced on March 7 and was co-sponsored by Rep. Charlie Crist, D-Fla. It was referred to the House Financial Services Committee.
