Relation Insurance Services, Inc. (“Relation”), one of the largest and fastest-growing national insurance agencies, announced today it acquired the assets of Kansas-based Truck Insurance Mart, Inc. (“Truck”). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Truck provides insurance solutions to trucking companies, small fleets, contract haulers and owner operators throughout the country. Leveraging industry experience, product expertise and relationships, Truck helps clients in all aspects of risk management. Truck is headquartered in Edwardsville, KS, with a satellite location in Galva, KS. Lucy Harrity, CEO, will continue to lead Truck under Relation.
