Barbara Sue Schubert joined the Media Department as a public relations/marketing specialist. She formerly worked as an advertising and promotions manager at Eagle Ridge Resort and Spa for 12 years.
Terry Kosel joined the Media Department as a graphic artist. He formerly worked as a marketing services manager at AY McDonald for six years.
Isaiah Langlois joined the IT Department as an IT support specialist. He is pursuing a degree in information technology.
Jeremy Bushman joined the IT Department as a systems administrator. He is pursuing a bachelor's degree in information technology from Clarke University.
Paul Schwendinger joined the IT Department as an IT support specialist. He received an associate's degree in networking administration and engineering from Hawkeye Community College.
Nick Hannan joined the IT Department as an IT support specialist. He is pursuing a degree in management in information systems from Loras College.
Stephanie Sigwarth joined the IT department as a web/user interface designer. She received an associate's degree in applied science-graphic and web design from Southwest Wisconsin Technical College.
Thomas Griebel joined the IT Department as a software developer. He received a bachelor's degree in computer science from Loras College and is pursuing a master's degree in the fall at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
Lon Heinkel was promoted to manager of IT Systems and Support after successfully leading the support team for eight months. He recently completed a course in IT management and leadership.
Chris Bleile was promoted to manager of IT Development and Quality Assurance after he successfully supervised the development team for 18 months. He recently completed a course in IT management and leadership.
Ann Jegerlehner was promoted to senior customer service specialist/training coordinator. She joined the company six years ago as a customer service specialist.

Josh Thorud joined Vision Health Center, P.C. He has seven years of optical experience and was recently certified by the American Board of Optometry. He will be helping patients select the frames and also will be responsible in assisting doctors by collecting patients information during pre-testing.
