Fuse is a browser-based practice management application that leverages the cloud for dental office operations. Designed for both single- and multi-location dental offices, the Fuse platform provides administrative, operational and business functionality for a dental practice.

- Connected data: Centralized and streamlined reporting, scheduling and patient data connect multiple locations via a single database.
- Intuitive interface: Navigation that provides the ability to see patients’ full history in a simple, clean timeline, including everything from patient conditions to clinical notes, treatment plans, clinical forms, clinical documents, perio exams, images and more.
- Smart Screens: From a single screen users can view, filter and act on real-time patient information. Users can toggle between practice locations to locate any patient record through a simple search bar.
- Custom onboarding: A dedicated Customer Success Manager guides customers through a personalized onboarding plan that includes data migration, training and practice adoption. In addition, ongoing training and support is available in person, remotely or self-guided through the software.
Other features that come standard include cloud 2D digital imaging/radiography, administrative, scheduling and charting functionality, dashboards, eClaims and ePrescriptions.
Fuse is designed to adapt to a practice’s needs and has the ability to add other eService offerings, including an insurance suite with real-time eligibility, online attachments and electronic remittance advice, as well as a marketing suite that automates patient marketing, communication and education.
