Madison Capital Funding LLC Closes Four Leveraged Finance Transactions
<p>CHICAGO, Dec. 2 /PRNewswire/ -- Madison Capital Funding LLC ("Madison Capital") announced that it has closed four leveraged finance transactions during the challenging market environment of October and November. Focused on the financing needs of middle market private equity sponsors, Madison Capital is an affiliate of New York Life Investment Management LLC, a subsidiary of New York Life Insurance Company.</p> <p>During this tumultuous period Madison Capital closed leveraged transactions with Imperial Capital, PNC Equity Partners, Sterling Investment Partners and Tailwind Capital, respectively, in the role as Lead Arranger and Administrative Agent and Syndication Agent for FCX Performance.</p> <p>"We continue to finance new platform acquisitions and expect to close additional deals before year-end.
