She has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Alabama.Lewisburg, Union County-based Murphy McCormack Capital Advisors named Kevin St. Cyr a senior vice president. He will manage client relations and expand the firm’s southcentral Pennsylvania presence. He is the founder of SCF LLC Consultants. He has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Massachusetts Lowell and a master’s degree from Penn State’s Smeal College of Business.
Lower Paxton Township-based Centric Bank named Amber Spotts assistant manager of the Derry Township Financial Center. She will cultivate new customer relationships, manage the internal sales process, maintain the branch’s operational proficiency and mentor staff.
Susquehanna Township-based River Wealth Advisors named Rebecca Stevenson McClure senior vice president of client relations and communications. She will hone the firm’s communication and services to better meet investors’ financial goals. She will also build community relationships and awareness of the firm. Most recently, she was vice president of brand and market strategy for Capital BlueCross. She has a degree from Colgate University and a master’s degree from St. John’s College.East Lampeter Township-based Harbor Compliance, which provides organizations with licensing expertise, named Steven J. Coniglio CFO. He is a CPA and has a bachelor’s degree from Adelphi University.West Earl Township-based Benchmark Construction Co. Inc. named Tanner Edgell, Stephen Polyniak and Jesse May project managers. They will coordinate field and administrative activities. Edgell will oversee the Living Branches Dock Woods renovation project. Polyniak will oversee the Penn State St. Joseph’s hybrid operating room project. May will oversee the Morningstar Senior Living Heritage Village Townstones project in Nazareth, Northampton County. Edgell and Polyniak were assistant project managers, and May was a self-employed general contractor. Edgell has a bachelor’s degree from Millersville University, Polyniak has a bachelor’s degree from Penn State, and May has a bachelor’s degree from Penn State Harrisburg. Ian Wilt and Scott Uhl were named project estimators. They will provide detailed lists of materials needed for projects being bid, post labor costs to these projects and solicit trade partners. Wilt has a bachelor’s degree from Susquehanna University. Uhl was a preconstruction manager with T-A-H Construction. He has a degree from Lanier Technical College.

She was the site medical director of the organization’s Water Street facility. She also is a physician consultant for the School District of Lancaster. She has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Delaware and a medical degree from Jefferson Medical College. Dr. Matthew Weitzel was named medical director of the Water Street facility. He was a family physician with the organization. He has a bachelor’s degree from Miami University and a medical degree from Dartmouth Medical School.Manheim Township-based Saxton & Stump named Matthew W. Rappleye general counsel. He has more than 25 years of experience and will have broad responsibilities over the firm’s legal and ethics issues. He is chair of the insurance law group and will continue his health law, appellate and post-trial advocacy, and insurance coverage practice.
