360Health brings unique digital experience to Nepal; 360Future delivers integrated retirement solutions to Korea

360Health was created to help users take an active role in managing their health and wellbeing, so they can live healthier for longer. Nepal is the latest market in Asia to benefit from this ground-breaking healthcare solution, which has won 25 awards since launching in 2018 and is already available online and via mobile apps to consumers in Australia, Bangladesh, China, Korea, and the United Arab Emirates.

They can also access services such as appointment bookings, home testing, ambulance services, virtual doctor consultations and second opinions from international specialists. Various services are also available to non-customers.

In Korea, all MetLife customers have convenient access to 360Future through the customer service app MetLife One. In addition, MetLife policyholders who meet eligibility criteria can access premium services including disease prevention care, free caregiver services, and one-on-one personal rehabilitation training. 360Future also offers personalized support to the elderly, including travel planning according to their health condition.
