Margo E. Murphy has joined Ball Janik LLP'sOrlando office as an associate attorney in the Insurance Recovery and Construction Defect practice groups. Ms. Murphy's practice is focused on prosecuting insurance coverage and construction defect matters for policyholders and owners. Prior to joining Ball Janik, she concentrated her practice on representing national insurers in coverage disputes and bad faith defense.
Ms. Murphy's background representing insurance companies gives her key insight in the representation of owners in construction defect claims and policyholders in insurance coverage disputes. Her background in the insurance industry affords her the unique perspective and understanding of how insurance companies evaluate claims, resulting in maximizing available insurance coverage for Ball Janik's clients.
