Life insurance company to relocate office from DeWitt to Salina in expansion move

SAUNA- Bankers Conseco Life Insurance Company will be relocating its area office from DeWitt to Salina as it seeks more space.
The insurer will lease 4,367 square feet of office space, for a term of five years, at 231 Salina Meadows Parkway in Salina. Marty Dowd of CBRE/Syracuse represented Bankers Conseco Life Insurance in the lease, and Harry Harkaway, of the CBD Companies, represented the landlord, according to a CBRE news release. Other lease terms were not disclosed.
Bankers Conseco Life Insurance is currently located in a smaller space at 6333 State Route 298 in DeWitt. Dowd says he doesn't know how much space the insurance company has at its current location but says the new space in Salina is definitely larger.
