CHICAGO, Oct. 2, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Hub International Limited (Hub), a leading global insurance brokerage, announced today that it has acquired the shares of Rural Alaska Insurance Agency, Inc. (Rural Alaska). Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
Based in Fairbanks, Alaska, Rural Alaska specializes in property and casualty insurance. John Kohler, Jr., President of Rural Alaska, will join Hub Northwest and report to Steve Wagner, Executive Vice President, Hub Northwest.
