CHICAGO, Nov. 2, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Hub International Limited (Hub), a leading global insurance brokerage, announced today that it has acquired the assets of Insurance Management Associates, Inc. (IMA). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Based in Annapolis, Maryland, IMA is a full-service commercial and personal insurance agency. Randall Bieber, President of IMA, will join Hub Mid-Atlantic and report to Norman Breitenbach, President of Hub Mid-Atlantic.
