On June 1, 2022, Heritage Insurance Holdings, Inc. ("Heritage") issued a press
release announcing that it fully placed its 2022-2023 catastrophe excess-of-loss
reinsurance program for its insurance subsidiaries, Heritage Property Casualty
Insurance Company, Narragansett Bay Insurance Company and Zephyr Insurance
Company. A copy of the press release is filed with this Current Report on Form
